At CAPiTA Snowboards, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused snowboard or apparel in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tags and protective plastic wraps are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear to confirm its new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
